Ben More & Stob Binnein (Sleet in July)....

I believed the weather forecast yet again.  Will I ever learn?

Sundays plans were to accompany the Glenrothes Hillwalking club to do Ben More and Stob Binnein, so after a sleepless Saturday night, it was up at the crack of dawn and onto the bus at 7.30 for the drive up to Crianlarich way.
All along the road, glimpses into the murk overhead brought a feeling of doom...but hey, lets trust the weatherman and give the chap the benefit of the doubt.  He's bound to get his predictions right for once.

I jumped off the bus at Lochearnhead and picked up Cathy and Digger (the Labrador), then tailed the coach to the start point.

Not much more to say about the day other than it would have been just the same as sitting in a steam room.

Me and Digger

Where are we??????????

And then a 30 second glimpse appears.

This is now another 2 Munros that will need to be tackled again in sunnier climes (climbs). Just a jolly bit of wordplay there.
